As I am sure everyone is well aware, Great Britain is currently being hit by ‘The Big Freeze’ as the BBC would say.
Its cold. No. It is actually freezing. Snow has fallen and ice has formed, and it looks like we could be feeling chilly for quite sometime. If we are to believe everything we read.
I’ve felt very unenthusiastic all week. I am not one for snow or in fact anything cold and icy.
To make myself feel better, I went to the salon today. Usually, an appointment has to be made a good couple of weeks in advance. But my luck was in, so off I trotted.
Cut and blow dry was heading my way and wow, did it hit me!
I have naturally wavy red hair, although getting my ‘wave’ isn’t achieve by blow drying. This only results in a Tina Turner fancy dress gone wrong sort of do. So when I go to the salon I usually have my hair straightened. However, today my hairdresser asked if she would dry and add some volume to my hair.
Volume oh what beautiful volume.
I have never, EVER felt so satisfied after getting my hair blow dried. I was left with so much Va Va Voom. I loved it. Bouncy, lively hair is most definitely the best way to get away from this drab, cold and icy climate.
So I beg and plead for all to go for big, volume hair. Its looks amazing and feels incredible. Think the infamous ‘Rachel’ do with a splash of fashion sass!
