A Season for Fashion…

This time of year is awkward. The weather is more unreliable than usual. One morning it seems like the eagerly awaited spring might be here. By afternoon, a sprinkle of snow has dampened our hopes.

So, what to wear in such conditions… Something to keep you snug but isn’t strictly winter wear and can of course carry you through nicely to spring (when it finally arrives!)

I’m opting for stripes- a big trend for S/S and one which can be more exciting than you think!

Panda rescue…

In the land of Celebrity, 2009 was the year of the ladies and their fashion.

As the world seemed to gasp at Lady GaGa’s fashion choices, Beyonce served up some serious fashion sparkle with her on and off stage sequin numbers. And every Saturday night, the nation eagerly awaited Cheryl Cole’s X Factor outfit choice.

But there was someone else who caught my attention in 2009, Taylor Swift. The blonde haired beauty is not only gorgeous and super talented. She is up there with the best on the celebrity fashion battlefield.

Last year we saw 20 year old Taylor look divine in Red Carpet numbers.

ELLE Magazine described Taylor’s 2009 VMA red carpet look as, ‘perfectly elegant’. So I ask myself, how can someone who is the same age as myself  look so serene.
